Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Dawa Detox website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — including orders that appear to be placed by resellers — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order ships.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and (where applicable) shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
• We accept major credit and debit cards and accelerated checkout options (e.g., Shop Pay, PayPal). Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card number.
• We may correct pricing errors on the Site at any time. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we'll contact you before shipping or cancel and refund the order.
• Promotional pricing and free-gift offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time and cannot be applied retroactively.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

• By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring 30-day cycle at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can pause, skip a shipment, change quantity, or cancel any time through your always-available account portal, before your next renewal date. We do not cancel orders or subscriptions on customers' behalf.
• Renewal reminders are sent by email before each charge where required by law.
• Subscription pricing and included gifts apply while your subscription remains active.

Shipping, risk of loss & title

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, but we will work with you to resolve lost or damaged shipments as described in that policy.

Returns & guarantee

First-time purchases are covered by our 30-day guarantee as described in the Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Sale. The guarantee does not apply to upsells or promotional add-ons.

Product information

We work hard to display our products and their labels accurately, but ingredients and packaging may change. Always read the label on the product you receive before use. Nothing on this Site is medical advice — see our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
